2. In short

Without your consent, this site sets no cookies. We do load the Google Analytics code on every visit. Without consent it only sends signals without cookies and without an ID (section 5). We use no external fonts and no embedded content. Apart from the Google Analytics code, all files, including the font and images, are stored on our own web space. A small script converts the Power Hour time into your local time. This happens only in your browser; nothing is stored and nothing is sent.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website runs on a server of Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany. The server is located in the provider's data center in Lauterbourg, France, and thus within the European Union. When you visit the site, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are archived weekly and deleted after six weeks at the latest. We have a data processing agreement with the provider (Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Contact by email

If you write to us, we use your details only to answer your message (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed. The address forwards messages to a mailbox at Google (Gmail), where Google processes them as a service provider. Please do not send us passwords, usernames or addresses.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, together with Google Consent Mode. On every visit, your browser loads the Google Analytics code from Google's servers. For technical reasons, Google receives your IP address.

Without your consent, Google Analytics sets no cookies. It then only sends signals without cookies and without a persistent identifier to Google, for example about the page viewed, your browser and device, and the time. Google uses them to estimate visitor numbers. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in measuring reach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you choose “Allow” in the notice, Google Analytics also sets cookies (_ga and _ga_…, lasting up to two years) with a random identifier. This shows us in aggregated form how many people visit the site, where they come from and how they use it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). If you are under 16, please ask your parents first.

According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; Google only uses them to derive an approximate location. Google may also transfer data to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision. We have set Google to delete event data after two months.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Google Analytics then sets no more cookies, and we delete the existing ones. We store your choice in your browser's local storage (entry “vx-consent”) so the notice does not appear on every visit (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

6. Links to Roblox, TikTok and YouTube

The buttons to our games and to the community, as well as the links to TikTok and YouTube, are ordinary links. Only when you tap one of them are you taken to the respective platform, where its privacy policy applies. On TikTok, YouTube and Roblox, the platforms process data under their own responsibility. For the statistics the platforms show us about our profiles and games, we may be jointly responsible with the platform (Art. 26 GDPR). We only see aggregated numbers there, never individual people.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just send us an email. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
